<p>Great recruiting organizations lead their managers explicitly and  implicitly through the recruitment process. <em>In this workshop, we  will uncover and share both the art and the science of mastering client  management.</em> The goal is to shift the role of the recruiting  professional from service-provider to executive talent coach.</p>
<p>To guarantee that participants get the very highest return on their  investment of time and money, we are carefully crafting a learning  environment that goes beyond “tell and sell”.  We balance information  sharing with hands-on learning; tips and tools with interactive  exercises. We will present the material through applied exercises and  group discussion — all designed to bring performance to the next level.  Space in the workshop will be limited to ensure the environment is  personal an interactive.</p>
<p><strong>Participants will leave the workshop with:</strong><br />
1. A customized plan for managing clients that is designed to get  results.<br />
2. A clearly articulated personal brand and tips on how to let it guide  client relationships.<br />
3. Communication tools that will, at least, enhance effectiveness and,  at best, guarantee success.</p>
<p>Course leaders <a  href="http://www.talentfunction.com/about/" target="_blank">Mark McMillan</a> (Executive Coach) and <a href="../" target="_blank">Carol  Mahoney</a> (Former head of recruiting for Yahoo!) bring a wealth of  staffing leadership experience to the room.</p>
